Why You Will Love This

Mirrors, Copper Bells, and a White Horizon

Kutch is a land of contrasts. Rarely does a place overindulge your senses one minute, then replace all that with a breathtaking silence. Kutch does just that and Salori is all for it. We take you on a beautiful journey into this land of opposites — where the stark white of the Rann lives alongside the vibrant Rogan art of Nirona; where the 4,000-year-old Indus Valley civilisation has quietly outlasted Bhuj’s seismic vulnerability. The differences are believable only up close and that’s where we take you.

As you go through the itinerary below, you’ll realise that our Salori Curators have consciously tailored this journey in a way that it hits the right harmony of your senses. This journey follows Kutch’s back-and-forth with utilitarian and ornamental architecture, while respecting the place’s love story with art and craftsmanship. You’ll come to accept this land as a remarkable ode to what man can achieve and how nature still manages to exceed those achievements.

You won’t just return with great architecture on your minds, but with friends that share your love for Ajrakh and Bandhani crafts, the tangy taste of dabeli with chai, and a collective sense of wonder that comes only after you’ve experienced the Rann’s horizon together.
