Where you have consented to receive marketing communications, we may share filtered personal information with carefully selected business partners for joint promotional activities. We will not pass your contact details to any other third party for independent marketing purposes without your express prior consent.

7. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Due to the international nature of travel programs, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside India where our suppliers, service providers, or group companies operate. Such countries may have data protection laws that differ from those applicable in India.

Where required, we put in place appropriate safeguards — such as contractual clauses — to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
